چکیده
Thermoplastic extrusion based additive manufacturing (MEX-AM), is a very interesting fabrication method for the shaping of larger ceramic parts. Commercial filaments are currently available in market, but due to lack information from suppliers, it not easy select suitable filament material 3D printing individual objects. In this study, three commercial yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) provided by Fabru GmbH, SiCeram GmbH and PT+A were investigated. According our results, possible print YSZ with extremely different flexibility rheological properties. Compared other two filaments, resulted significantly higher flexibility, pressure through 0.25 mm nozzle was at 150 °C. Interestingly, filament, grain orientation effect could be observed. Based on STA analysis can assumed that polymer which decomposes high temperature already removed solvent debinding (SD). Finally, 70 tall cup structure including overhang features wall thicknesses used evaluate post-processing filaments.

Parts produced by additive manufacturing (AM) often require post processing to improve surface finish and mechanical properties. However, little attention has been given to including deformation in the post processing. Deformation post-processing can address some part size, manufacturing cost, and geometry limitations of 3D printing. Additionally, it could be used to create 3D surfaces using pl...
